We want you to love your Rothy’s, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print or Show QR Code

  Download your prepaid shipping label or simply use a printerless QR code to drop off your items at a designated Happy Returns location.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
